HALF TERM NEWSLETTER 2025 TERM ONE

Greetings from Kaimosi Comprehensive School

HALF TERM:

We release our learners to you today for half term on 25th February 2025. They shall be back on 3rd March 2025 for day scholars and 2nd March 2025 for boarders to embark on learning on Monday as from 7.00am. All learners should stick to the dates above.

CLASS MEETINGS:

The school has planned for class meetings to chart a way forward for our streams and grades on school plans up to the end of the year. Please parents stick to the below schedule and make time to attend.

• Grades 1, 2, & 3 - 7th March 2025
• Grades 4, 5 & 6 - 14th March 2025
• Grades 7, 8 & 9 - 21st March 2025

ASSESSMENTS:

Learners shall sit for midterm assessments as from Tuesday 4th March 2025 so while at home let them be busy and report in school by the said date.

LABELLING:

Create time to label your son's or daughter's items as chances of them getting misplaced by learners are high for easy identification.

SCHOOL FEES:

Some parents still owe the school huge arrears and this does not bother them. You are becoming a liability to the school with a lot of debts to pay. No learner with arrears shall be accepted at the gate as we shall do thorough check. Make plans before they come back.

CHANGE IN FEE PAYMENT:

The auditors were in school to audit school accounts. One of the recommendations is for the school to have separate accounts for Primary and Junior school. The school accounts for Primary remains the same at KCB Serem. GRADES 7, 8 & 9 shall start to remit their fees with Equity Bank where the Junior School Accounts were opened. All payments for grades 7, 8 & 9 shall be deposited to equity account Mbale Branch as follows:

2. LIPA NA MPESA
3. PAY BILL – 247247
4. ACCOUNT NO 862723#GRADE/NAME
5. AMOUNT THEN MPESA PIN

Immediately you deposit, the accounts office receives the message on spot or you can deposit the cash at any Equity Branch Account No. 0960283862723

NB: All Junior School learners i.e grades 7, 8 & 9 will be forced to have their lunch in school for easy management of the learners starting July when the budget will be prepared for 2025 – 2026 financial year.
